LOCATION Within the former 'Crest Hotel' and situated just five minutes walk from Hope Cove's popular sandy beaches, village shop, pubs, restaurants and the South West Coast Path, Pentangle and Harmur are two comfortable apartments offering good value holiday accommodation for couples and families alike.

VIEWS Pleasant sea views from the terrace and fine views across the valley to the fields.

ENTRANCE Steps to the front terrace lead to the entrance door and into a small lobby and then into the sitting room.

SITTING ROOM A comfortably furnished sitting room with two double leather sofas, TV/DVD player and mini hi-fi system.  The room extends into a glazed DINING AREA with table and leather chairs.

KITCHEN A well equipped kitchen with fitted units, four-ring electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and drying rack.   

BEDROOMS Two. A cosy double bedroom has a double wooden bed and en suite shower room with electric shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.  In addition there is a twin room with two single beds and wardrobe.  N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen are supplied (you will need to bring your own towels and tea towels).

SHOWER ROOM In addition to the en suite (above) is a recently refurbished shower room with large walk-in shower, wash hand-basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE To the front of the flat is a good-sized south facing stone terrace with steps down to a shared area of garden.

PARKING There is allocated space for one car in the parking bay on Grand View Road.

OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpet flooring throughout. Electric night storage heating and hot water supplied via immersion.  Limited mobile reception in Hope Cove. Broadband available. Strictly non smoking. One well behaved dog permitted.
