The market town of Kingsbridge is within a 15 minute drive whilst the beautiful sandy beaches of Salcombe and East Portlemouth are approximately 5 miles away.

ENTRANCE The cottage entrance leads directly into a good sized sitting room at ground floor level with level access to the kitchen and bathroom and one step up to the bedrooms.
