KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A large and spacious room fitted to a very high standard. Large oak dining table with four chairs. Appliances for the kitchen include large 6 ring, gas range hob and oven. Washing machine, microwave and fridge with ice box. Large amount of work surface area and cupboards for storage.

SITTING ROOM Well appointed room with comfortable furniture including a two-seater sofa and armchair, coffee table, colour television and DVD player as well as CD/stereo system.

BEDROOM One large double bedroom with 5' double bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All duvets, linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

PARKING* A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park from 28th March 2014 for 6 months.
