KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Very large kitchen/dining room with oak units and quarry tiled flooring. Fully-fitted kitchen area with extensive work surfaces, 4-ring electric hob/oven, dishwasher and fridge. Oak dining table and 8 chairs overlooking garden. Separate utility room with sink, units, larder freezer, washer/dryer and microwave.

CLOAKROOM On the ground floor with w.c. and wash-hand basin.

LOUNGE Light and spacious lounge (29' in length!) with three large, comfortable sofas, and window seat. Flatscreen TV and DVD. Beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. BEDROOMS Four in total -  all on the 1st floor. Master bedroom with King-size double bed, walk in wardrobe and en suite bath/shower room (incorporating bath/hand-shower, separate cubicle with electric power shower, wash hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light). Bedroom 2 with pine double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and built in mirrored wardrobes. Bedroom 4 is set up for children with 5' long bunk beds, drawers and desk (all in a 'space' theme!) N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) provided.

BATHROOM En suite (to Master bedroom - see above) plus family bathroom incorporating bath, separate shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light.

OUTSIDE Pretty, well maintained garden, mainly lawned with mature trees, flower beds and shrubs. The garden also features a series of small, interconnecting ponds that allow local stream water to flow in/out of the property to a larger pond in the adjacent field. (N.B. As the ponds are unprotected, supervision of small children is recommended). Large terrace with table and bench seating. Barbeque available.

PARKING Parking for two/three cars.
