A spacious detached house with fabulous views out to sea and across Hope Cove towards Bolt Tail and within just a few minutes downhill walk to fine sandy beaches, two hotels, pub, shop and cafes. The single storey accommodation, presented and furnished to a very good standard and well equipped throughout, is supplemented by a superb decked balcony with stunning views to the front plus a good-sized lawn with gas barbecue to the rear. There is also parking for up to three cars and/or a small boat with trailer on the driveway.

LOCATION The house overlooks the village of Inner Hope Cove, within just a few minutes downhill walk to its fine sandy beaches, two hotels, pub, shop and cafes.  There is also quick and easy access to the South West Coast Path providing beautiful walks to Salcombe, Thurlestone and other coastal villages. Golf nearby at Thurlestone and at Bigbury.

VIEWS Superb views out to sea and across Hope Cove towards Bolt Tail from the balcony and front elevation of the property.

ENTRANCE The entrance leads into an inner lobby with a further door to the main hallway and access to all rooms.

SITTING ROOM A very spacious, light and sunny sitting room with lovely views.  Two double leather sofas, Ottoman armchair and stool, flatscreen digital television with DVD blu-ray player and iPod dock, wood-burning stove and French doors out to the balcony.  The room opens out into a dining area to the rear of the house, and then through to the kitchen.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Large open-plan and modern fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, walk-in larder and breakfast bar. UTILITY ROOM with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. This room also houses the boiler giving some drying facilities.

BEDROOMS Four in total. The main bedroom has excellent sea views, double bed, fitted wardrobe, drawers, flatscreen TV complete with built-in DVD player, and en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second double (also at the front) with excellent sea views, has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, drawers and en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.  The third bedroom to the rear, has two single beds, wardrobe, drawers with mirror and en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.  The fourth bedroom (also at rear of house) has two single beds, drawers with mirror and flatscreen TV complete with built-in DVD player  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels).

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the three en suites (above) is a family bathroom (adjacent to the fourth bedroom) with bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. There is also a separate cloakroom with wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE To the front and side of the house is a superb decked balcony with stunning views and a large wooden table and eight chairs. Gas fired barbeque with gas bottle and weather cover to the rear of the house. Barbeque tools in Utility Room. There are mature areas of garden to the front and side of the property with a good sized lawn to the rear (N.B. As the lawn falls away towards the house young children must be supervised at all times).

PARKING Ample parking for 2-3 cars and/or a small boat & trailer on the driveway in front of, and beneath and to the side of the house.

OTHER INFORMATION Oil-fired central heating and hot water, with back-up electric immersion for hot water.  Mainly laminate flooring in all living areas with carpet in the bedrooms.  Telephone available for local and incoming calls only (limited mobile reception). Free wireless broadband available.
