KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM An open-plan room with excellent natural light and delightful , expansive sea views from Start Point lighthouse across to Dartmouth.  It is stylishly presented and furnished to a high standard.  Fully-equipped kitchen with granite worktops, custom-made fitted units, range of Neff equipment including induction hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave.  Dining area with tempered glass table and four Eames-style designer chairs.  The attractive sitting area has a four-seater corner sofa with chaise end plus two white rattan window chairs and telescope.  High definition TV with premium Sky+ HD package (including sports, movies and children's channels), Nintendo Wii, wireless broadband internet and telephone.  Selection of books and board games.  Scandanavian windows open fully onto a Juliet balcony.

BEDROOMS Two in total. The master bedroom has views out over the valley to the rear and also through lounge to lighthouse.  There is a white wooden King size bed with orthopedic pocket sprung mattress and ample clothes storage. The rear windows open onto a balcony with two chairs. The en suite is beautifully designed with powerful shower, w.c. and hand basin.  The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds and luxury pocket sprung mattresses and clothes storage. PARKING For one car at the property plus visitor bays within 50m.

OTHER INFORMATION The property enjoys the benefit of gas central heating and hot water system.  Broadband internet and telephone available. Children welcome with baby equipment provided. A welcome pack is supplied free of charge with essential items and a bottle of wine. Tesco will also deliver to Prospect House.  The swimming pool will be open from 1 May to 30 September 2013.
