The popular Armada House development (formerly the Lobster Pot Inn) is set in a waterside position only a few yards from the beach and approximately 50 metres from the village shop, pub and restaurants. To either side of the village are spectacular cliff walks along the picturesque South West Coast Path.

VIEWS Views of Bolt Tail, Outer Hope beach and Bigbury Bay from two of the bedrooms and from the lounge area.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM On the first floor is an open plan living area with polished pine flooring. Kitchen area well lit by Velux roof lights and fitted with a modern range of units. Appliances include ceramic hob, double oven and grill, microwave, toaster and espresso machine. Integrated washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Dining table with six chairs. The sitting area features two South West facing dormer windows, three sofas, television and DVD player.

BEDROOMS Three in total all on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and double aspect windows with sea views to the South and West. Bedroom 2 has two 3' single beds, bedside unit, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has 3' single bunk beds, wardrobe, armchair and window with sea views. N.B All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Tenants will require towels and tea towels.

BATHROOM Family bathroom located on the ground floor with tiled walls and floors. Bath with shower attachment, wash hand-basin and w.c.

PARKING Parking in the nearby village car park (approximately 50 yards) - unloading permitted at the property. Broadband available
