Easton Barn is situated in a pretty rural location, near to the village of Bigbury. The golf course, beautiful sandy beach and famous Burgh Island are just two miles away, whilst Kingsbridge and Modbury are also just a short drive away. Available as individual properties or as adjacent accommodation for two families, there is also a shared Games Room with pool table, table tennis and darts for the occasional rainy day!

BEDROOMS One with double bed, pine chest of drawers and bedside tables and one with twin 3' beds and pine wardrobe. Staircase from lounge to one open plan bedroom, with second bedroom and bathroom leading off. N.B. Pillows and all bed linen provided - tenants require towels.

OUTSIDE Courtyard with decorative stone fountain, picnic table and garden seat. Additonal garden behind barn with shared summer house and extensive views over countryside. Barbecue.

PARKING for one car in timber-framed car port - additional adjacent parking.

OTHER INFORMATION Hot water by immersion heater. Heating by storage heaters, panel radiator and electric fire.
