A comfortably furnished and well equipped terraced cottage with holiday accommodation arranged over three floors, with unrivalled views of Batson Creek and the surrounding countryside. The property is ideally suited to a couple or a family with older children (over the age of 6 years) and is located in an idyllic position at the head of Batson Creek, within a ten minute level walk of Salcombe and its array of shops, restaurants and waterfront.

LOCATION In an idyllic position at the head of Batson Creek, a level 10 minute walk into Salcombe. Quay and car park within five minutes.

VIEWS Unrivalled views of Batson Creek and the surrounding countryside.

BATHROOMS Two: one en suite on top floor with bath with shower over, hand basin and w.c. One with shower, bath and w.c. Tumble dryer and washing machine.

CLOAKROOM Hand basin, shaver point and w.c.

LOUNGE Large room with lovely views over Batson Creek, fireplace with electric fire, colour flat screen TV, video/DVD, dining table and chairs.

KITCHEN Well equipped with ceramic cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with small freezer.

BEDROOMS Three: one twin on ground floor with two 3' single beds, one double on the ground floor with 4' 6"" double bed, and one double zipped bed on top floor, with flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom.N.B. Duvets, Pillows and Bed linen is provided.  Tenants require their own towels, which can be hired from Travelite at a cost of £5 per person (call 01548 843578 or email Travelite@coastandcountry.co.uk.)

OUTSIDE Small south west facing garden with lawn and three terraces with furniture.

PARKING *Normally available outside the property - there is free parking adjacent to the creek directly outside the cottage, as well as several spaces along the creek. There is also a public car park a short distance away (a weekly parking pass can be purchased from our office at an additional cost). Mud mooring available for small boat by arrangement.

OTHER INFORMATION Cottage has double glazing and carpeted throughout. Telephone available. Heating by night storage radiators, hot water by immersion heaters. Broadband available.  Unsuitable for children under 6. No smokers.
