KITCHEN Fully fitted kitchen with a superb range of units and appliances including electric cooker, 4-ring gas hob with cooker hood, microwave, fridge and breakfast bar.

Bedroom two has two 3' single zip beds which can be zipped together to provide a Super King-size bed, built in wardrobes. Small dressing table with mirror. Bedroom three has 3' bunk beds, with drawers under. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.

BATHROOMS Located on the first floor is a luxury contemporary wet/shower room with shower, w.c and hand wash basin. In addition to the shower room is a family bathroom (on the second floor) with panelled bath and shower over, wash hand-basin, shaver point and low-level w.c.

UTILITY ROOM Washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and dishwasher. Access through door to rear terrace.

OUTSIDE To the rear of the property is a small and enclosed, private terrace with garden furniture.

PARKING* A seasonal parking permit is provided for the long-stay car park valid from 4th April 2014 for 6 months.
