ACCOMMODATION A luxury first floor apartment with stunning, panoramic views stretching from South Sands beach on one side across the estuary to Salcombe, East Portlemouth and Sunny Cove on the other. The accommodation is all on one level with one flight of steps or lift up from the entrance lobby.

ENTRANCE From a communal entrance lobby up to first floor level with door into the apartment.

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A well presented open-plan room with French doors leading out to the balcony with table and chairs to take in the breathtaking view!  The kitchen is very well equipped with four ring halogen hob, electric oven, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, beautiful fitted units and granite work surfaces.  The dining area has a large table with chairs whilst the comfortable sitting area has two sofas, armchair, coffee table, widescreen TV with Sky Freeview and DVD player.

PARKING Allocated parking for one car. Please note that the main allocated car park has a 1.9m height restriction, with an alternative of limited visitor spaces.
