Thurlestone Rock is a development of spacious marine apartments with shared outdoor heated swimming pool and spectacular sea views across and over the beach at Thurlestone Sands towards Bigbury Bay. Thurlestone Rock and Burgh Island act as a stunning backdrop to this beautiful marine vista whilst the adjacent coastal path offers wonderful walks to the nearby villages of Thurlestone and Hope Cove. Each of the apartments have three bedrooms (one en suite), either a terrace or balcony to take in the delightful views, and parking for one car.

Apartment 3 (First Floor)

This lovely first floor apartment has a superb balcony from which to enjoy the stunning sea views and glorious sunsets. The accommodation has been regularly improved and updated to maintain a very good standard throughout, and is an ideal option for family beach holidays or coastal path walkers (with or without a dog!)

ACCOMMODATION A warm first floor apartment with wide ocean views from the living room and master bedroom.

KITCHEN Fully fitted and comprising electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, larder fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Breakfast bar and stools.

UTILITY ROOM Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

LIVING/DINING ROOM A large comfortably furnished room with TV, CD player, dining table and chairs doors leading to:-

BEDROOMS Master bedroom with king-size bed, pine wardrobes and chest of drawers and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Two with 4'6" double bed, pine bedroom furniture. Bedroom 3 with 3' twin beds, pine bedroom furniture. N.B Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.

BATHROOMS Two: En suite to master bedroom with w.c. hand basin, bath with power shower, shaverpoint and heated towel rail; Family bathroom with shower cubicle, bidet, w.c., bath with mixer attachment, shaver point, and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE There is a poolside hut with sun loungers.

OTHER INFORMATION Wireless broadband available. A Riverford Organic Holiday Box is supplied, including milk, bread, eggs, juice etc, to all High Season guests with compliments of the owner.

OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from late May to late September each year (subject to change).  Please check with office for confirmed dates.
