The local pub and village bakery are a 10 minute walk away whilst the historic shingle beach at Slapton Sands is within a short drive. This very well equipped, 'baby friendly' barn has been tastefully furnished throughout and has the benefit of sunny terraces to the front and rear, plus allocated parking. It is ideally suited to family groups or couples looking for a peaceful retreat within easy reach of the stunning South Devon coastline.

LOCATION The barn is set in farmland on the outskirts of Frogmore village - the local pub and excellent bakery/general stores are a pleasant 10 minute walk away.  The famous shingle beach at Slapton Sands is within a 10 minute drive whilst other sandy beaches are easily accessible.  The market town of Kingsbridge can be reached in 5-10 minutes whilst Salcombe and Dartmouth are 8 and 10 miles away respectively.

CLOAKROOM with w.c. and basin.

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM An open plan L-shaped room with French doors out to the rear terrace.  A very well equipped country kitchen has fitted units, classic range cooker (with four-ring hob, griddle and three ovens), fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.  Oak dining table with six leather chairs.  The sitting area has a large leather sofa, widescreen TV with Sky+ (including sports channels) and DVD player.

BEDROOMS Three in total.  On the first floor are two good-sized bedrooms - one has a King size double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside units, the other has twin single beds, bedside unit, wardrobe and drawers.  On the second floor is a very spacious master suite with super-King size bed (6'), bedside units, wardrobe, drawers and sitting area with sofa and TV (with Freeview).  The master en suite bathroom has bath, separate shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided. 

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot and highchair available on request.

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite bathroom (above) is a family bathroom on the first floor with bath, separate shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE To the front of the barn is an attractive open plan garden with small area of lawn.  At the rear is a paved terrace with table and chairs positioned to make the most of the afternoon and evening sun.

PARKING Allocated parking for one car with additional visitors spaces usually available.
