Victory Cottage is a very well presented single storey cottage offering a high standard of accommodation for one or two couples or a young family. The cottage adjoins Trafalgar House but has separate access and a small private garden, as well as parking for up to two cars.

LOCATION Victory Cottage is located in a peaceful residential setting in Forster Road, within a few minutes walk of shops, quays, restaurants and ferries.

ENTRANCE Easy steps lead down from the parking area to the entrance and directly into kitchen area.

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A very pleasant, open plan area with French doors out to the terrace and garden area. Modern kitchen with oak units and granite worktops, 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Dining table and four chairs. Comfortable sitting area with two double sofas, chair, occasional furniture, flatscreen TV with freeview and DVD player.

BEDROOMS The double bedroom has a wooden-framed King-size bed, wardrobe, drawers and doors out to terrace and garden. The twin room has two wooden-framed single beds, wardrobe, drawers, bedside unit and fully tiled en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. Cot available. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.

BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a second fully tiled bathroom (adjacent to the double bedroom) with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE A small but private area of terrace and garden to the rear of the cottage with table and chairs.

PARKING For one/two cars on a shared drive.
