An extensive family 'baby friendly' property nestling in the woodland above North Sands with quick access to North and South Sands beaches, and within walking distance of central Salcombe. The house is surrounded by trees (hence the name!) offering a degree of seclusion, whilst still providing glimpses of the estuary from most rooms. Treetops can sleep ten and has been the subject of considerable investment by the owners to bring the property to a high level of comfort with particular care taken to provide a 'home from home' with Sky TV (Sports & Movies), games, DVDs and a playroom for children for those 'occasional' rainy days. Outside is a lovely garden and terrace with outdoor table and seating.

LOCATION A secluded and spectacular position amongst the trees on Moult Hill above South Sands, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and a short drive into Salcombe itself.

ENTRANCE A double-glazed front door leads into a large hallway incorporating small CLOAKROOM with w.c. and wash-hand basin.

KITCHEN Fitted oak units with granite work surfaces, ceramic hob and double oven, breakfast bar and two stools, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, LCD TV and radio/cassette player. Slate flooring throughout. Separate breakfast area with pine table and chairs. Well stocked for all occasions!

UTILITY ROOM with sink, units, washing machine and tumble dryer.

DINING ROOM With antique mahogany dining table to seat 10 (covered for protection) and chairs - door leading out to terrace/play area.

SITTING ROOM With open stone fireplace, sofas/comfortable seating, CD player, LCD TV, DVD, video and Sky+ (linked to all TV's) - door leading out to small balcony.

PLAYROOM (off hallway) A room just for kids! With LCD TV plus separate Sky tuning, DVD, video, games and toys available for most ages, bean bags - stairs (with child gate) up to bedroom 5 and en suite.

BEDROOMS Five: Master bedroom (first floor) with 5' double bed, chaise longue and fully tiled/panelled en suite bathroom with bath, Mira power-shower, wash-hand basin and shaver point. All downstairs bedrooms are double-glazed. Bedroom 2 (lower ground floor) with 5' double bed, ensuite shower, wash-hand basin and LCD TV; bedrooms 3 and 4 on lower ground floor, one with twin beds and the other bunk beds. Bedroom 5 (first floor) with King-size double bed, flatscreen TV and radio, en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin and w.c. Additional z-bed available on request. N.B. All linen, towels, duvets and pillows provided.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot and highchair available.

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS Three en suite (as above) plus fully tiled and panelled family bathroom with bath/shower, w.c., wash-hand basin and shaver point.

OUTSIDE Substantial terrace/play area with seating for ten, barbecue and table tennis table. Mature, well maintained gardens including terraced area and raised lawn. Garden furniture and games stored in garden room.

PARKING Ample parking for 3-4 cars. Garage also available on request.

OTHER INFORMATION Oil-fired central heating with hot water provided by immersion in the summer. Property has wireless internet.
