A comfortable semi-detached stone cottage in a quiet rural location, close to the head of Batson Creek and within a 15-20 minute walk of the shops and quays at Salcombe. The accommodation is well presented and equipped to a good standard throughout and has lovely country views across the hillside towards Higher Batson as well as private parking for up to four cars.

ENTRANCE Level access entry from parking area into hallway on upper level.

BEDROOMS Three - all on upper level: Master bedroom with 5' king sized bed and en suite shower room with shower, w.c., handbasin and shaver point; second bedroom with 5' double bed: third bedroom with one 3' single. N.B. All duvets and pillows provided - tenants require linen and towels.

N.B. Duvets and pillows provided, however tenants will need to bring their own bed linen and towels.  (Travel Lite provides a dedicated laundry service to cater for all the linen and towel needs of holiday makers in and around Salcombe and the South Hams.  To hire linen and towels for your holiday, please call 01548 843578 or email travellite@coastandcountry.co.uk)

BATHROOMS Two: in addition to the en suite shower room, a family bathroom with bath, shower, handbasin, w.c., and shaver point. Separate cloakroom with w.c., and handbasin.

KITCHEN A spacious room with dining table and chairs, electric hob, dual oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

OUTSIDE Rear courtyard with patio furniture and barbecue.

PARKING Parking for up to four cars or boats.

OTHER INFORMATION Carpeted throughout and double-glazed. Central heating and hot water by oil fired boiler with immersion back up. Broadband available.
