LOCATION The house is found on the edge of the village of Inner Hope Cove, within just 5 minutes downhill walk of the beach, with the village pub, shop and various cafes half a mile away. There is also quick and easy access to the South West Coast Path providing beautiful walks to Salcombe, Thurlestone and other coastal villages. Golf available nearby at Thurlestone and at Bigbury.
VIEWS Lovely views out to sea and across towards Bolt Tail from the spacious patio, main sitting room, kitchen and master bedroom.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Very well equipped kitchen with wonderful sea views. Fitted units, electric hob, electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar with stools. Door out to patio and further access to the garden at the rear and driveway to the front of the house. The dining area has a large wooden table with eight chairs, dresser and views across the neighbouring valley.
TV LOUNGE A smaller, cosy room with wall-mounted flatscreen TV (with Sky+), Bose surround sound system, DVD player, leather sofa and armchairs, and wood burning stove. Door out to side terrace, and access to the master bedroom and en suite.
BEDROOMS Four plus a dedicated nursery. On the first floor (adjacent to the TV lounge) is the master bedroom. This has very good sea views, King-size metal framed bed, fitted wardrobe, drawers and units, flatscreen TV and fully tiled en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., bidet and heated towel rail. The second bedroom on this level is a twin with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and flatscreen TV, DVD player & Playstation. *Next to this room is a lovely nursery with wooden cot, changing table, rocking chair and various toys and equipment for very young children. At ground floor level there are two further bedroom suites; the first is a good sized double with King-size wooden bed, bedside units, drawers, dressing table, TV and sofa. OUTSIDE To the side of the house is a terraced balcony/patio with lovely views and a range of outside furniture, including table and chairs. To the rear is a very large sloping garden and orchard with mature fruit trees, shrubs, borders and children's swings.
PARKING Ample parking for 3-4 cars plus a boat trailer on the driveway in front of the house.
