'The Salcombe' apartments are situated in an enviable position on the beautiful waterfront in central Salcombe with magnificent views of the main anchorage, towards South Pool Creek. Each flat has an allocated parking space and mooring, and all guests have use of the heated swimming pool (seasonal) and lovely communal gardens.

LOUNGE AREA Freesat TV, DVD, hi-fi radio and CD system, patio door to poolside terrace. Fully sprung double sofa bed and two armchairs.

KITCHEN AREA With electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dining table sideboard and four chairs.

HALL Large wardrobe cupboard, chest of drawers.

BEDROOM Overlooking garden, pool and harbour; two single beds, wardrobe and drawers. N.B. Duvets, pillows and linen provided.

BATHROOM Bath, thermostatic electric shower, hand basin, w.c. and shaver point.

OUTSIDE Four garden chairs, two folding sun beds.

OTHER INFORMATION Carpeted throughout. Hot water by electric water heater. There is a communial laundry siuated in the building for guests use.
