A travel cot and high chair are supplied, whilst a single futon/day-bed for one additional child (*under 10 years of age) is available on request at a cost of £100.00 per week.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the shower room (above) is a newly fitted family bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the property is a small terrace area with table and two chairs. Stone steps lead up from the terrace to a sunny decking area with further table and chairs and lovely views across the town and towards the estuary beyond. The steps continue up to the parking area.
PARKING Off road parking for one car on driveway (from Onslow Road) with further space for up to two cars plus small boat trailer at the rear of the house (accessed via a narrow lane off Raleigh Road).
