LOCATION Tarifa is set on Cleveland Drive just a few minutes walk from the beach and village amenities. At high tide, a sea tractor runs to and from Burgh Island (walkable at low tide) offering quick and easy access to 'The Pilchard' pub...!

VIEWS Excellent sea views from the balcony across to Bantham and Thurlestone and across the Avon Valley.

ENTRANCE The property has a private entrance (to the side of the main building) at first floor level. Off the entrance level is a small cloakroom with w.c and wash-hand basin.

KITCHEN Well equipped, modern kitchen with 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fitted units.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A bright and tastefully furnished room with wood flooring throughout. The dining area has a table with six chairs whilst the sitting room has two sofas and one armchair, television and DVD player. French doors lead out to the upper terrace with table and chairs to take in the lovely view.

BEDROOMS Three in total (all carpeted). Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dresser, drawers and fully tiled en suite shower room (with shower, w.c.,wash-hand basin, and heated towel rail). Door to CONSERVATORY and out to lower terrace beyond. Bedroom two has twin single beds, built-in wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom three has full size bunk beds, and drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided. 

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot and high chair.

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite is a fully tiled family bathroom with bath, wash hand-basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light.
