ENTRANCE Through a communal entrance porch the apartment is entered at ground floor level into hallway off which is a large and comfortable lounge area.
LOUNGE A very tastefully presented room fully carpeted and with a large wooden unit and round mirror to one side. Two large bright red sofas, coffee table, gas (coal effect) fire and slate surround, colour TV, DVD player and CD/DAB radio/MP3 player.
BEDROOM Very stylish bedroom with framed King-size bed, chandeliers, bedside units, built-in wardrobe, cupboards. NB duvets, bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided - tenants will require beach towels only.
DINING ROOM A modern kitchen with Oak effect flooring, range of fitted units, four ring gas hob and electric oven, microwave, washer-dryer, fridge and freezer. Oak dining table and four chairs.
BATHROOM Fully carpeted with bath, shower over, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail.
PARKING* A seasonal parking pass is provided for the Mayors Avenue car park from 28th March 2014 for 6 months.
