A traditional, Edwardian terraced house with spacious holiday accommodation arranged over three levels, tastefully furnished and decorated to a very good standard. At the rear of the property there is a good sized area of lawned garden and a terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue - perfect for al fresco dining. Trebor is located in a quiet mainly residential area of the town, but within a five minute walk of Salcombe's town centre and picturesque waterfront, and is ideally suited to families or a group of friends.

LOCATION In a quiet mainly residential area of the town yet within a mostly level 5-10 minute walk of Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops and restaurants. 

ENTRANCE Through entrance porch into hallway with access to all ground floor rooms and stairs to first and second floors.

SITTING ROOM A cosy sitting room with two sofas, working open fire, TV, video, DVD, Playstation 2 and window seat.

LOUNGE A very light and spacious lounge area adjacent to the kitchen. Two large chocolate brown leather sofas, feature fireplace and flatscreen TV.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Very tastefully designed and modern kitchen with beech work surfaces and range of white units, 6-ring gas range with ceramic hotplate, electric double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave combi oven. A single comfy chair sits in front of large French doors and windows at the end of the kitchen - the doors open onto small terrace with garden beyond. Large oak dining table with chairs and long bench pew.

UTILITY ROOM Accessed via a set of steps (from terrace) with washing machine and tumble dryer - also houses the boiler.

BEDROOMS Four in total. On the first floor is a double room with 5' wood-framed bed, wardrobe and storage. Also on the first floor is a bunk bedded room (for children only). At the 2nd floor (attic) level is a small twin bedroom with two single beds, and a double room with 4'6" bed and large French doors out to a balcony with table and two chairs. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen included - tenants require towels.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES: Travel cot, highchair, stairgates provided.

BATHROOMS Two. On the first floor is a family bathroom with bath, spacious walk-in shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. On the second floor is a shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE To the rear of the property is a good sized area of lawned garden and a terrace with table and chairs. Barbeque available.

PARKING Off-road parking for one medium size car on the driveway in front of the property.

OTHER INFORMATION Mainly laminate flooring on the ground floor with 'sea-grass' carpeting in most other rooms and on stairs. Gas-fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking.
