Situated in a pleasant, mainly residential area of the town yet within a 10 minute downhill walk of the shops, pubs, restaurants and waterfront, the house is perfect for a family or couples.

VIEWS Fabulous views up the Salcombe Estuary from both of the double bedrooms.

ENTRANCE Through front door into the....

SITTING ROOM Furniture comprises two sofas, chair and television with DVD player. Working fireplace in the corner of the room along with tables and lamps.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA Located on the ground floor with access through patio doors to the rear garden. Large extending dining table with six chairs. The dining area also has a seating area with television and video along with a CD/hi-fi system. Kitchen comprises electric oven/grill, 4-ring electric hob with extractor over, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and two fridges.

BEDROOMS Three in total. Master bedroom, on the first floor, with double bed and stunning views, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom two with twin 3' beds, bedside tables and lamps, and chest of drawers. Within the bedroom there is a wash hand-basin and shower cubicle. Bedroom three on the second floor has a double bed, hanging space and chest of drawers. N.B. Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Tenants will require towels and tea towels.

BATHROOMS Refurbished family bathroom with bath/shower, wash hand-basin, w.c., shaver point, mirror and light. Additional seperate w.c. on top floor with wash hand basin.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Highchair and stairgate available.

OUTSIDE Garden to the rear of the property with a raised terrace, outside seating area and enclosed grassed area.

PARKING *Free on-street parking may be available on Bonaventure Road and the adjoining streets.

OTHER INFORMATION Comfortably furnished and mainly carpeted throughout. Heating by night storage heaters and hot water by immersion. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
