ACCOMMODATION Recently converted from the existing stables and tack room, the Coach House is one of two magnificent Grade II listed barn conversions providing superb accommodation. Both have been furnished to the very highest standards with sumptuous settees, rustic pine furniture, hand crafted kitchens, fully tiled bathrooms, underfloor heating, Karndean tile flooring and flat screen TV's and DVD with cinema surround sound.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM An impressive family room with a sloping vaulted ceiling includes a comfortable sitting area to relax or watch TV. Leather covered dining chairs and a church pew style bench around a substantial pine dining table.

KITCHEN Bespoke handmade pine kitchen fully equipped to a very high standard featuring a ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.

BEDROOMS There are four bedrooms; the ground floor master bedroom has a king-size carved bed, flat screen TV and a Southerly aspect through French windows. Beautiful en suite shower room has a magnificent shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The first floor second bedroom has twin pine beds, and en suite shower room with magnificent shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. The third bedroom also on the first floor has a double pine bed and en suite shower room with magnificent shower, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. BATHROOMS In addition to the three en suites is a superb family bathroom on the ground floor complete with whirlpool bath, shaver socket, illuminated heated mirror and heated towel rail. Speakers enable stereo radio or CD's from the master bedroom. The washing machine and tumble dryer is located in a separate room off the family bathroom.

OTHER INFORMATION All beds have high quality memory foam mattresses and all bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided. Private parking.
