ACCOMMODATION A stunning apartment over two floors. Stairs lead up from the entrance level to the first floor accommodation.
ENSUITE BEDROOMS Two, both on first floor. The master bedroom, which has superb views over Batson Creek and across the estuary, has a 5' double bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers, TV and DVD player and an en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basins, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a twin with 3' single beds, built in wardrobe, TV and DVD player and an en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided. Staircase and further half landing leading to the living space on the second floor.
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A bright and comfortably furnished open-plan room with lovely views from the dining area, which has a dining table and six chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, electric oven and four ring hob, American Style fridge/freezer (water/ice dispenser), dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.
