At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac within a 3/5 minute walk of Hope Cove, The Look Out is close to the local beaches, slipway, village stores and historic smugglers' pub. The South West Coast Path is just a couple of minutes walk away whilst the popular sailing town of Salcombe can be reached by car in 10/15 minutes.

LOCATION Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with only a three minute walk to the village centre. A small lane, accessed from the garden, leads quickly to the South West Coast Path and two lovely beaches.

VIEWS Spectacular wide ranging sea and coastal views on one side, and views over the beautiful Devon hills and village on the other.

LOUNGE A very spacious lounge with 42" digital TV and DVD. Patio doors lead onto raised patio area with sea views.

KITCHEN/ DINER Kitchen area is fully fitted with microwave, electic oven, electric hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer. Dining area with dining table and chairs.

BEDROOMS Three: Master bedroom with 5' bed, fitted wardrobe and en suite (corner bath, power shower, w.c., shaver point, heated towel rail and vanity unit).Two twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes.

N.B.
