ACCOMMODATION A luxury penthouse apartment with stunning, panoramic views stretching from South Sands beach on one side across the estuary to Salcombe, East Portlemouth and Sunny Cove on the other.  The accommodation is all on one level with one small flight of steps up from the entrance lobby. 

ENTRANCE From a central courtyard the front door opens into the entrance lobby where a short flight of stairs leads up to the accommodation.

SITTING/DINING ROOM A bright and tastefully furnished room with wood laminate flooring throughout.  The dining area has a table with six leather chairs whilst the sitting room has one large L-shaped sofa, armchair, coffee table, HD  ready television with Sky Freesat and DVD player (with surround sound). French doors lead out to the balcony with table and chairs to take in the breathtaking view.

KITCHEN Well equipped, modern kitchen with 4-ring halogen hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, beautiful fitted units and granite work surfaces.  Picture window to take in the views whilst washing up..!

BEDROOMS  Three in total (all carpeted).  Master bedroom with King-size bed, wardrobe, dresser, drawers and fully tiled en suite shower room (with large shower cubicle, w.c.,wash-hand basin, shaver point and light, and heated towel rail). PARKING Allocated parking for two cars.  Please note that the main allocated car park has a 1.9m height restriction, with an alternative of limited visitor spaces.
