Thurlestone Rock is a development of spacious marine apartments with shared outdoor heated swimming pool and spectacular sea views across and over the beach at Thurlestone Sands towards Bigbury Bay. Thurlestone Rock and Burgh Island act as a stunning backdrop to this beautiful marine vista whilst the adjacent coastal path offers wonderful walks to the nearby villages of Thurlestone and Hope Cove. Each of the apartments have three bedrooms (one en suite), either a terrace or balcony to take in the delightful views, and parking for one car.

Apartment 7 (Ground Floor)

This comfortable and fully-equipped ground floor apartment has lovely views directly along the beach and out to sea from the open plan living area and master bedroom. The accommodation is furnished and presented to a good standard throughout and offers easy, level access to the nearby beach and swimming pool.

ACCOMMODATION A ground floor apartment with wide ocean views from the living room and master bedroom and a large patio with furniture and steps leading down to the beach.

KITCHEN Fully fitted galley kitchen comprising electric fan double oven, gas hob, extractor, microwave, larder fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

LIVING ROOM A large comfortably furnished room with widescreen TV/DVD, sofa and chairs, dining table and 6 chairs, and doors to patio with wide ocean views and wooden furniture.

UTILITY ROOM Washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

BEDROOMS Three: Master with king size bed, combination wardrobe and TV/Video. Second bedroom with twin beds and combination wardrobe, and third small twin room with 3' bed and additional single stacked beneath. N.B. Duvets, pillows and all bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.

BATHROOM Two: one en suite to master bedroom with w.c., hand basin, bath with power shower, shaverpoint and heated towel rail; one with shower cubicle, bidet, w.c., bath with mixer attachment, shaver point, and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE Large patio area accessed directly from lounge with clear views over beach and out to sea.

OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early June to late September each year (subject to change).  Please check with office for confirmed dates.
