KITCHEN A small, galley-style kitchen with fitted units, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. UTILITY/CLOAKROOM Adjacent to the kitchen with washing machine and separate w.c. with hand basin.
SITTING ROOM A cosy and spacious sitting room with feature stone fireplace, large sofa, armchair, TV with Freeview, DVD player and video recorder. French doors lead out to the garden and terrace.
BEDROOMS On the first floor are three bedrooms, all carpeted. The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside units, fitted wardrobes, drawers and lovely views over the garden and neighbouring countryside. The other bedrooms are both twins, each with two single beds, one with wardrobe and the other has a chest of drawers and pleasant views. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants need to bring or hire all towels. Travel cot available on request.
BATHROOM Recently upgraded (2011) with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point, electric wall fire, electric towel rail. Large airing cupboard with immersion heater.
OUTSIDE To the sides and rear of the cottage is a large area of garden (sloping in places) with steps up to a paved terrace with garden furniture. Barbeque available.
PARKING Ample space for 2-3 cars on drive and in garage and one on-road
