The cottage has been fully modernised in recent years to provide a very high standard of accommodation which includes a stunning open plan living area  with French doors out to the South West facing rear terrace. With two lovely en suite bedrooms the property is perfect for one or two couples looking for a 5-Star holiday cottage in a beautiful location.

LOCATION Set in the tiny hamlet of Collaton just five minutes drive from Salcombe and within easy reach of the South Devon coastline.  The popular fishing village of Hope Cove - with its sandy beach, pub and shop - is just three miles away.

ENTRANCE From the drive a large oak door leads into a good sized hallway with storage for coats and shoes.  Level access to the two ground floor bedrooms and feature hand-built oak staircase up to the first floor living accommodation.

EN SUITE BEDROOMS Two, both on the ground floor with TV and DVD player.  A lovely master bedroom with metal framed double bed, bedside units, wardrobe, and contemporary en suite shower room with large walk in shower, w.c., wash hand basin and heated towel rail. French doors lead out to the front of the cottage.  Bedroom two has two single beds, bedside unit, fitted wardrobe and drawers. En suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash hand basin and heated towel rail.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided.

KITCHEN/DINING/SITIING ROOM On the first floor is a stunning open plan living area with French doors leading out to the rear terrace.  A modern and well equipped kitchen has a range of sleek fitted units, four ring halogen hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.  The room opens into the dining room with glass topped table and six chairs with adjacent study area with desk and chair.  The sitting area has two large comfortable black leather sofas, foot stool, glass topped coffee table, modern wood-burning stove, TV with Sky Movies and Sky Sports, DVD player and CD hi-fi.  There is a laptop computer connected on site.

OUTSIDE To the front of the cottage is a terrace area with table and two chairs.  At first floor level is further terrace with lovely views over the neighbouring garden and across to the farmland beyond.  Large round garden table with four chairs and charcoal barbeque.

PARKING Parking for one-two cars in front of the cottage.

OTHER INFORMATION Stone tiles on the ground floor and in the bathrooms and oak flooring in the first floor living area. Electric underfloor heating throughout, with hot water on demand. Strictly no smokers or pets permitted. Telephone and wireless internet broadband available.
