VIEWS Over harbour and surrounding countryside from front and rear windows of second floor lounge.

DINING/KITCHEN (On ground floor) Fully fitted with gas cooker and hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table, chairs and infants' chair.

BEDROOMS One with two single beds (ground floor); one (first floor) with double bed and basin; one (first floor) with bunk beds. N.B. OTHER INFORMATION: The property offers gas fired central heating and hot water, and is fully carpeted throughout. This property accepts one small well behaved dog. The property is strictly no-smoking. Broadband available.
