A very well equipped and comfortable terraced cottage, refurbished and upgraded in recent years to provide spacious holiday accommodation for six people. The property is situated in an elevated position, close to the shops and quaysides and just a short walk to the car park. Enjoy lovely views towards Shadycombe Creek and the surrounding countryside.  There is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue for al fresco dining.

LOCATION Ideally situated in an elevated position close to shops and quays, with the public car park a few minutes walk.

BATHROOM With bath and electric shower over, hand basin, w.c. and shaver point.

LOUNGE Feature stone fireplace, lounge suite, telephone and TV, video, DVD player and CD hi-fi.

KITCHEN with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven and hob.

DINING ROOM Table and seating for six people. Airing cupboard.

BEDROOMS One with two 3' single beds (can be zipped together to make a Super king size bed or a large double), one with two 3' single beds, one with bunk beds.

N.B. PARKING A parking pass is provided for the long stay car park, approximately 5 minutes walk.
