ACCOMMODATION A stunning ground floor apartment for one couple only.

KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A bright, comfortably furnished open-plan room with lovely views over the town towards Batson Creek. To one end of the apartment is a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktop, electric oven and four-ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Raised dining area with oak table and four chairs. The sitting area comprises two double leather sofas, widescreen TV (with BT TV/Freeview), DVD player, iPod docking unit and CD/radio.

UTILITY ROOM With washer/dryer.

EN SUITE BEDROOM A contemporary glass wall divides the living accommodation from a lovely en suite bedroom with 5' double bed, built in wardrobe and shelves. Fully tiled en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash hand basin and heated towel rail. N.B. Duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.

SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Salcombe Harbour Hotel Spa and Gym, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool.

PARKING There is one parking space per apartment. Additional roadside parking is also usually available nearby.
