LOCATION Set in the tiny hamlet of Collaton just 5 minutes drive from Salcombe and within easy reach of the South Devon coastline. The popular fishing village of Hope Cove - with its sandy beach, pub and shop - is just 3 miles away.

LOUNGE/SITTING ROOM A stable door leads into a good sized but cosy lounge with feature wood burning stove, sofas, Television with Sky (with Sky Movies and Sky Sports), DVD and CD hi-fi. The room extends into a study area with desk, chair and bookshelves - ideal for those looking to keep in touch with the office (or friends via the internet!) There is a laptop connected on site.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A stunning kitchen with stone flooring, hand-built oak units, island unit with granite worktop, electric range, dishwasher, washing machine, large American fridge/freezer, microwave and island unit. The room opens out into a lovely dining area with large oak table and eight chairs, and French doors out to the rear garden.
BEDROOMS Three in total (all on the 1st floor). Delightful master bedroom with King size bed, built in wardrobes, drawers and contemporary en suite shower room (with large walk-in shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, and heated towel rail). Bedroom two has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Bedroom three has twin single beds, wardrobe and drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite is a fully tiled family bathroom with bath, shower (over),wash hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light.
OUTSIDE To the front of the cottage is a small area of mature garden laid mainly to lawn - table and chairs available to take in the morning sun. The large rear garden has been extensively re-modelled and now provides a terrace area with table, eight chairs, two teak steamer loungers, charcoal barbeque, and outside lighting.
PARKING For two-three cars on the drive in front of the cottage.
OTHER INFORMATION The cottage is mainly carpeted throughout, with stone tiles in the kitchen and dining room. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smokers or pets permitted. Wireless internet broadband available.
