The comfortably furnished first floor living accommodation is designed to take advantage of the sea views whilst the ground floor bedroom and shower room are of a good standard. Hopedene is an ideal base for a couple looking for a central, quiet retreat close to the village of Hope Cove and with easy access to sandy beaches, inns, restaurants and coastal path.

VIEWS Sea views across the village towards Bolt Tail.

KITCHEN/LIVING AREA Comfortably furnished open plan room with dining area and fitted kitchen with built-in electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and toaster. Electric wall heater, small flatscreen TV with Freeview  and DVD and radio cassette in lounge area.

BEDROOM 4'6" double bed. Night storage heater. N.B. Duvet and bed linen provided, tenants will need to bring their own towels.

BATHROOM En suite to bedroom on ground floor with shower cubicle, handbasin, w.c., shaver point.

OUTSIDE Large parking/patio area with table and chairs.
