ACCOMODATION A spacious ground floor apartment that can be accessed from the main front entrance, or more directly from the rear door.
VIEWS Spectacular views over the communal grounds and Leasfoot beach towards the golf course.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A good sized room with high ceiling. Dining table and chairs to sit 6 comfortably whilst a lounge area consists of one Three seater sofa, Two arm chairs, TV and DVD player.
KITCHEN With electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fitted units.
BEDROOMS Three in total. The master bedroom has sea views, a superking size bed (3' twin beds zipped together but not fixed, unfortunately this cannot be made into a twin room) wardrobes and en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), two vanity sink units, heated towel rail and w.c. Bedroom Two has a king-size (5') bed, wardrobes and door leading to rear porch. Bedroom Three has twin 3' beds and wardrobe. N.B. All duvets and pillows, Bed Linen, and towels are provided - tenants will need to bring their own beach towels.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and w.c.
OTHER INFORMATION Hot water by immersion and heating by night storage. Strictly no-smoking. Regret no pets. Broadband available.
