LOCATION Chichester Court is an exclusive and private development of six superb apartments situated within less than a minutes walk from the three beaches of Hope Cove, the Hope and Anchor Pub, restaurants and shop. Beautiful coastal walks to Salcombe and Thurlestone from the doorstep. Golf nearby at Thurlestone and Bigbury.

KITCHEN Fully fitted modern kitchen with electric oven/hob and extractor hood, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A large, comfortably furnished room with two sofas, widescreen LCD digital TV, video/DVD player, iPod dock and dining suite to seat six. Patio doors lead to a private, secluded balcony (south facing) with patio furniture and lovely sea views.

BEDROOMS Two. Very spacious master bedroom with King-size double bed, dressing table, large built-in wardrobe, and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. There is ample room in the master bedroom for a fold-up bed (stored in a side cupboard with all bedding) if required. Second bedroom is a twin with 3' pine beds and a large built-in wardrobe. N.B. Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.

BATHROOMS Two, both fully tiled with underfloor heating.  En suite to master bedroom and family bathroom with bath, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE Balcony with garden furniture. Communal gardens but unsuitable for children (steep gradient).

PARKING For one vehicle (additional parking available in the village).

OTHER INFORMATION Fully double-glazed with fitted carpets throughout. Hot water and heating (night storage heaters) by Economy 7 with hot water booster back-up.  Wireless broadband internet provided.
