KITCHEN A spacious fully fitted kitchen comprises 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, marble table and two stools.
BEDROOMS Three: master bedroom with beautiful 6' double bed, hardwood units, built-in wardrobes and TV. En suite bathroom with wood flooring, P-shaped bath with shower over, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. Second large bedroom with double/linked twin 3' single beds, wardrobe, hardwood units and TV. Third bedroom (off the lounge/dining room - ideal for children) with twin 3' single beds, wardrobe and hardwood units. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.

PARKING for one car- an additional space maybe available out of season.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL St. Elmo residents enjoy exclusive use of a superb, private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early May to late September each year (please check with office for confirmed dates).
