'The Salcombe' apartments are situated in an enviable position on the beautiful waterfront in central Salcombe with magnificent views of the main anchorage, towards South Pool Creek. Each flat has an allocated parking space and mooring, and all guests have use of the heated swimming pool (seasonal) and lovely communal gardens.

ACCOMMODATION A spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated ground floor apartment with direct access to the pool and gardens.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM Large open plan kitchen and breakfast room. Kitchen area comprises of 4-ring electric hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, fitted units and breakfast bar and two stools. Separate dining area with table, chairs and bench seating. Door leads out to pool and gardens.

LOUNGE Large airy room with comfortable seating and stunning view through four bay windows over the gardens and out to the estuary. Wall mounted flatscreen television with Freeview. Separate curtained dressing room/closet. Door leading out to pool and gardens.

UTILITY/ENTRANCE HALL to front door (not used) has an additional fridge/freezer and tumble dryer.

BEDROOMS Three in total: Master bedroom with 5' double bed and en suite bathroom comprising of bath, shower attachment, wash hand basin, w.c, shaver point with light. Two further bedrooms, one with 3' bunk beds and a 3' single bed, and one with 3' bunk beds. N.B. All linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

SHOWER ROOM In addition to the en suite is a spacious and fully tiled shower room with electric 'Mira' power shower, wash hand basin, w.c., and shaver point with light.

OTHER INFORMATION Carpeted and well maintained throughout.
