The flat offers spacious accommodation all on one level within easy walking distance of the village and local beaches. The nearby South West Coast Path provides beautiful walks to Salcombe, Thurlestone and other coastal villages.

LOCATION The flat is located in Grand View Road, just a few minutes walk from the beaches of Hope Cove, local pub and shop. The nearby South West Coastal Path provides beautiful walks to Salcombe, Thurlestone and other coastal villages. The lovely links golf courses at Thurlestone and Bigbury are within a short drive.

VIEWS From the balcony, across neighbouring gardens, there is a good view of the village and sea beyond.

ENTRANCE A small porch-way leads to the main entrance door, and in turn to the kitchen.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM A good-sized, modern fitted kitchen with four-ring ceramic hob, electric oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, breakfast bar with four stools, and double cane sofa. Opens into lounge/dining room.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A very well presented living room with glass dining table, six cream leather chairs, flat-screen TV, DVD player, L-shaped double sofa bed, CD/radio and door out to small balcony.

BEDROOMS Two in total. The main bedroom has a wooden framed double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has metal-framed bunk beds (3' upper bunk with 4'6" lower bunk) and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets and pillows are provided,. 

SHOWER ROOM With large shower cubicle, wash hand-basin, heated towel rail and w.c.

OUTSIDE Off the lounge is a small balcony with pleasant views. Round table and two chairs.  There is a small gravel patio area, beyond the car parking space with an outside table and four chairs.

PARKING For one car off-road. Other parking usually available nearby.

OTHER INFORMATION Fully carpeted throughout. Gas central heating and hot water. Strictly no smokers, One small behaved dog permitted.  Telephone available.  This property is set up for 4 people but an extra guest can be accommodated on request.
