A recently constructed first floor apartment fitted to a high standard and offering very comfortable accommodation, with a glimpse of the tidal estuary from the sitting room and master bedroom. The Malt apartments are situated in the heart of the town, opposite the town square at the head of the beautiful Kingsbridge estuary. Kingsbridge is an ideal base for exploring the stunning South Hams, with its local beaches and coastal walks.

SITTING ROOM Bright, light room with wooden flooring. Comfortable seating area with three-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, television, DVD player and CD/cassette/stereo system. Estuary view.

DINING AREA/KITCHEN Open plan area. Kitchen has been fitted to a high standard with granite work surfaces. Appliances include, Neff electric fan assisted oven with extractor over, grill, 4 ring Neff ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Foldaway dining table with 4 chairs. A washer/dryer is provided in a separate utility room.

BEDROOMS Two in total. Master bedroom with 5' double bed, clothes rail, bedside tables and lamps. En suite shower room with large shower cubicle and shower, wash hand-basin, w.c. Second bedroom has two 3' single beds, bedside tables and lamps. N.B. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels including tea towels provided.

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite shower room, the family bathroom has a bath, wash hand-basin and w.c.

PARKING Allocated parking space for one car.

OTHER INFORMATION Electrical space heating and mains pressure hot water provided by an immersion heater.
