Budds Barns have 3 cottages set around a traditional courtyard in this peaceful area 3 miles from the coast. Suitable for all seasons. From Budds you are ideally located to explore & enjoy some of the finest attractions of North Cornwall & Devon. National Parks, The Eden Project, South West Coastal Path, Tarka & Camel Trail & the many magnificent beaches all around.
All the most popular locations along the North Cornwall Coast are in easy driving distance along the A39 -The Atlantic Highway - including Padstow, Boscastle, Tintagel, and Crackington Haven. Head east just a few miles into North Devon and you can visit the stunning scenery around Hartland or even visit Lundy Island.
The nearest main town is Bude where you will find a fine array of traditional local shops as well as national chains and supermarkets, magnificent scenery and walks, a links golf course, 2 brllliant beaches and the historic Bude Sea Pool.
For Summer 2016 we are delighted to offer our guests the chance to use our new beach hut at Summerleaze Beach in Bude.
The hut is brand new and has a fantastic location, overlooking the beach and the breakwater, adjacent to the excellent “Life’s A Beach” restaurant, and within walking distance of all the amenities in the town.
The hut is equipped with folding chairs and loungers, a camping table, plates , cutlery, and cups. We can also supply a container of water to take with you as there is a solar kettle provided.
We have the beach hut for our personal use and we are happy to invite our guests also to enjoy this facility. We do not charge for the hire but we do ask for a small contribution of £7.50 per day towards cleaning, maintaining and improving the equipment in it.

Swallow Barn sleeps 4+ Cot, with woodburner and own garden.
Wagtail Barn sleeps 4+ Cot, with woodburner and own garden.
Carthouse Barn sleeps 2+ Cot, woodburner, own garden. It is a 1 bedroomed (double bed) 4 star cottage with ensuite shower room, gallery kitchen, sitting room/dining room. This barn is all on one level and has a very spacious feel to it. It looks out onto glorious countryside and has its own enclosed garden with brick barbecue facing these views. Changeover day Saturday. Sleeps 2 with additional "put you up bed" available
Well behaved dogs are made very welcome with a £20 charge per dog per stay.
