Adjoining the rear of the historic farmhouse and overlooking the farmyard and lake, this cottage wing was newly converted in 1999 and is comfortably furnished and centrally heated throughout. 100 acres farmland with sheep and three fishing lakes suitable for family fishing with carp, tench, roach and rudd etc. Coast three miles, surfing, swimming and sun. Delightful southerly views of fishing lakes and fields to Dartmoor on the distant horizon. Peacefully secluded, a haven of wildlife, badger setts, kingfishers, owls etc. Bird and badger hide. Large play area with swings, slide and roundabout or ball games. Challenging fun "Golf pitch and putt", comprising three holes, each approached from six different tees.
