This cottage is set over three floors and has two first floor double bedrooms, a ground floor double bedroom, a first floor bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a second floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and balcony, a utility room and a ground floor sitting room with a sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden to the side, accessed across the shared entrance, and a patio. 3 Hillfoot is a wonderful holiday base.
