The famous South Devon beaches and coastal walks are a short drive away and Kingsbridge is ideally located near the centre of the beautiful South Hams, allowing easy access to its many attractions. The River Maid passenger ferry can take you down the estuary in the season to the bustling seaside town of Salcombe.

Access is via a communal lobby and well-kept stairs to the first floor. Front door into the apartment and hallway with oak console table, occasional chair and cupboard for coats and footwear. The spacious carpeted living room has large sliding patio doors that provide access to the balcony and offer fantastic views across the water and up the creek to Tacket Wood and the countryside beyond. Furnished in a contemporary style with a two comfortable sofas, two poang chairs, 32” HD flat screen TV with HD Freeview, Blu ray player, stereo radio, oak coffee table and side tables. The adjoining dining area has an oak sideboard and oak dining table to seat four. The new kitchen is well equipped with fully integrated fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven and microwave. Large shower room with walk in shower, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and mirror. The master bedroom has a 5ft oak bed and oak furniture including a double full length wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, bedside tables and full length mirror. The twin bedroom has 3ft oak beds and oak furniture including a double full length wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.
Riverside is set back from the road and water’s edge and separated by the court’s attractive communal gardens. A private drive leads to the apartment’s entrance lobby and the parking area. The balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.
Parking: One unallocated parking space is available for each flat at the rear of the property, a garage space is also available on request.
