The apartments are situated on the river embankment, a pleasant and relaxing promenade to stroll along to admire the sights of the busy estuary or to select from the many boat trips that depart from the water’s edge. Dartmouth brims with an array of bistros, restaurants, boutiques and specialist shops that line its narrow streets with long flights of winding steps and intriguing medieval buildings. Apartment 1C is most attractively furnished, a warm and comfortable first floor apartment that underwent extensive refurbishment for the 2012 season. Improvements include a brand new kitchen, bathroom, second toilet, wood laminate flooring in the lounge and additional new furniture in the lounge and bedrooms. A welcome pack is also provided, including fresh flowers and cake.

The kitchen that has access to the fire escape at the rear is well equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and portable folding electric heated clothes airer. Two generous bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, one a double bedroom (5ft bed) and lovely views over the river, one a twin bedroom (3ft beds). New modern bathroom with bath, separate shower, pedestal hand basin and WC. Cloakroom with basin and WC.

Private parking on site for one car only. Additional Parking Permit for all South Hams District Council car parks provided on request - a £75 security deposit is taken.
