Main door from the parking courtyard to front door, entrance into spacious hallway, entry phone. Double doors into a large living room with two sofas (one a single sofa-bed), TV/DVD, CD player and dining table to seat 6. Double patio doors open out to the terrace and gardens. Fully fitted open plan kitchen with worktops, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and integrated fridge/freezer. Door to the patio. Separate utility room adjoining kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. Master bedroom with 5ft double bed, sea views across gardens, fitted wardrobes, TV/DVD, en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft pine beds and fitted wardrobe. Single bedroom with 3ft bed. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Outside:

Private patio with garden table and chairs. The well landscaped gardens of 1.5 acres, through which are paved pathways, include a delightful sunken garden which is sheltered and secluded with picnic tables, benches and a barbecue.
