This comfortable linked bungalow is located on a quiet estate on the outskirts of Malborough, ideally situated for those who like easy access to the golden beaches that surround Salcombe and Hope Cove. All on one level the property has a sunny lounge diner, two comfortable bedrooms and a pretty rear garden with wonderful country views towards Salcombe. Malborough itself has a couple of pubs, a restaurant, post office stores and a large garage shop and it is not far to the South West Coastal path as it follows the coast, giving those who love walking some spectacular vistas. Nearby Salcombe, also linked by a cycle path is a bustling seaside town, full of shops for those who enjoy serious retail therapy as well as a diverse selection of pubs and restaurants and it’s a wonderful place to just sit, watch and enjoy the busy boating activity that takes place on the water.

Modern kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with ice box, washing machine and microwave. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, wardrobe and patio doors to the garden. Small bunk bedroom (3ft bunks) with wardrobe, also with patio doors to garden. Bathroom with bath, electric shower over, hand basin and WC.

Outside:

To the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden with decking and garden table and chairs. There are lovely country views from the end of the garden.
