This spacious detached house is a superb family-sized holiday home in East Prawle, situated close to the heart of the village, giving easy access to the spectacular coast and beaches near Start Point. It is also within easy walking distance of the shop, café and lively Pig’s Nose village inn.  East Prawle is Devon’s most southerly village and is a paradise for bird watchers and walkers alike, with scenic paths that follow the cliffs along the National Trust Coastline, linking hidden beaches and coves. The sandy beaches of the Salcombe estuary are only a short drive away and a passenger ferry can take you across to the bustling seaside town of Salcombe.

Front door to attractive hallway. Double doors to spacious living room with three sofas and a rocking chair, feature fireplace with open fire, TV with DVD and bookshelves with books and games. Sliding doors to dining room with extendable table and chairs to seat 10. Patio door to paved terrace. Modern fitted kitchen with gas hob, eye level oven and grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine and cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Childrens bunk room off hallway with two 3ft bunk beds and chest of drawers. Stairs to first floor and large master bedroom with 5ft bed, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC and shaver point. Second double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and wardrobes. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and another similarly furnished twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Modern family bathroom, bath with hand held shower, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Outside:

Garden with lawn and patio furnished with two picnic tables and chairs (please note the garden is not fully enclosed).
