Tucked away behind South Sands beach in Salcombe, this self contained apartment is set amongst beautiful gardens and surrounding countryside where you can hear the sound of a babbling brook and birdsong in a quiet and relatively unknown backwater, yet only a few minutes walk to the beach and close to the popular sailing centre of Salcombe.

Three flights of stairs up to the aparment. Small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Open plan living room and kitchen. The living area has large curved picture windows with exquisite landscape views. Three seater sofa and two armchairs, dining table with four chairs, flat screen TV/DVD and a portable CD/radio. Kitchen area with fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave. Double bedroom, 4ft 6in bed and basin. Bathroom with bath, electric shower over bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds, basin and large window with country views.
Outside:
Opposite the front door is a fenced raised patio with garden table and four chairs and walks into the lovely gardens that drop down to the entrance where you can hear the sound of running water from the stream, which runs along the garden boundary.
Parking: For 2 cars and a boat trailer.
